From Vigna Santa Cecilia
Obtained with the ancient recipe with low-flame slow boiling, reducing the original size of the must by 9/10. A delicate but at the same strong aroma, used for the enhancement of pastry, bakery, fresh and aged cheese.
Dark in color and dense in consistency, to the taste is intense, with sligh scents of caramel and epices.
