SAUVIGNON BLANC – IGP Puglia
In the local dialect of Troia, near Foggia, “A ‘vorièt” refers to the Bora, the katabatic wind which descends from the North/North-East and refreshes our vines.

White wine vinification process, soft vacuum pressing, temperature controlled fermentation process at 15° C, ageing for 6 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Appearance: Straw-yellow, with faint green reflections.
Aroma: intense and distinct, with hints of exotic fruit.
Taste: soft and pleasant on the palate, dry and well-structured.
Recommended with: its structure makes it suitable for seafood first courses, also baked or grilled fish, vegetables or semi-mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 9° – 13° C.
