NERO DI TROIA – IGP Puglia ROSATO
Our Pesca Rosa Nero di Troia rosé is named after the colour and fragrance of peaches in October.

Average grape yield per hectare: 70 quintals (7000 kg)

Altitude: 439 metres above sea-level
Soil characteristics: chalky, medium texture
Harvesting period: end of August
White wine vinification process, pressing in a vacuum without contact on skins, temperature controlled fermentation in steel (15°C), ageing for 6 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Appearance: brilliant pink with shades of pearl, an indication of the wine’s good structure.
Aroma: captivating to the nose with intense notes of fresh cherries, pomegranate and red October peaches.
Taste: fresh on the palate, well-structured, crisp, full of flavour with a long finish
Recommended with: raw fish (prawns/shrimps and oysters), and ideal for crisp tempura dishes, seafood or vegetable. Its rich flavour and structure means it also goes well with seafood first courses.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.
