PRIMITIVO – IGP Puglia
The Libeccio is a wind that blows from the south-west. Also called the “Garbino” on the coast of the Gargano, it is soffused with the same warm tones as our Primitivo.

Red wine vinification with maceration and temperature controlled fermentation, aged for 6 months in steel and at least 6 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13 % Vol
Appearance: ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma: intense and complex with red fruit notes, cherry, blackcherry and blackcurrant
Taste: velvety, soft and pleasant but with a persistence at the finish
Recommended with: first courses, medium seasoned cheeses, meats
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.
