Appearance: bright gold tones
Aroma: hints of citrus and fruit, including notes of pineapple and herbs.
Taste: pervasive on the palate with mineral qualities and sophisticated salty tones.
Recommended with: its robust character means it goes well with strongly flavoured seafood dishes, such as grilled or fried fish, fish soups or stews, or roasted shellfish.
