“A” stands for “Aroma”, and in this case this wine’s blackberry (in Italian “More”) aroma which spreads through the cellar during the winemaking process.

Short maceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel, before ageing for 6 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 12 % Vol
Appearance: ruby red with intense garnet reflections at the rim
Aroma: mature, intense nose; scents of blackberry and mature plum, slight smoky taste blending with tabacco and coffee spices
Taste: soft and pleasant, almost velvety, but with a freshness resulting from the height of its mineral origins
Recommended with: perfect with white meats, bitter green vegetables, smoked fish and savouries. Also recommended with dark chocolate.
